RAPID® 2000
Rapid 2000 are used for timber to timber and steel to timber connections.
Partially threaded screws, also known as half thread, pull
timber members or steel plates and timber together. For
the design head pull-through and withdrawal of thread
must be checked. Lateral loads as well as axial loads are
efficient transferred.
The axial load capacity of the thread in comparison to the
countersunk head is approx. 3:1. Using a washer head
screw leads to a similar performance of the thread pull
out and the head pull through capacity.
Rapid 2000 are used for timber to timber and steel to timber connections.
Rapid Dual offers a TX drive and hex drive for better force transmission.
Rapid Hardwood can be inserted into hardwood without predrilling.
Rapid Komprex are used for timber to timber and steel to timber connections.
Rapid Secure is designed to install screws without stripping the drive.
Special head geometry for steel to timber connections and washer head application.
T-Con is especially for Timber-Concrete-Composite applications.
Top 2 Roof is designed to connect timber to timber through a spacer like roof top insulation.
